Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is a traditional branch of yoga that uses physical postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama) to balance the body and mind. In Sanskrit, Ha means "sun" and Tha means "moon," representing the union of active and receptive energies. Classes are typically slower and alignment-focused, emphasizing static holds over continuous flow.

Beginners Yoga

Yoga for beginners is a gentle, introductory practice that combines physical postures, controlled breathing, and meditation to build flexibility, strength, and mental focus. It is specifically designed to help newcomers learn foundational poses at a manageable pace while promoting relaxation and overall well-being.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa flow is a dynamic style of yoga that seamlessly links physical postures (asanas) with the breath. Instead of holding poses statically, you move continuously from one posture to the next, using an inhale or exhale to guide each movement. The name itself comes from Sanskrit, roughly translating to "to place in a special way". This emphasizes intention behind every movement.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, passive style of yoga where seated or reclining poses are held for 3 to 10 minutes. Rather than targeting muscles, it works deeply into the body’s connective tissues—such as fascia, ligaments, and joints—to improve flexibility, increase joint mobility, and release tension. Yin Yoga aims to balance the body and mind by stimulating the flow of energy along the meridian lines.

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is an adapted form of yoga that modifies traditional poses, breathing techniques, and meditation to be performed while seated in a chair or standing with a chair for support. It offers a gentle, highly accessible way to build strength, flexibility, and balance without the risk of floor-based falls.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing, passive practice that focuses on physical and mental rejuvenation. It involves holding just a few supported poses for extended periods (5 to 20 minutes) using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks. This allows your muscles to fully release without stretching, calming the nervous system.
